introduces young people, particularly young women from diverse backgrounds, to careers in the fire service and public safety.

Through hands-on learning, career exploration, mentorship, and leadership development, participants build confidence, teamwork, and skills while learning the importance of fire prevention, safety, emergency response, and environmental stewardship.

Allowing them to recognize their strengths, develop leadership skills, and envision themselves in careers where women have historically been underrepresented.
